Alex was preceded in death by his wife; Mary Frances Grant, Parents; Alex Grant Sr. and Celia B. Wilson-Grant. He leaves to cherish his memories Children; Lesa M. Perry, Carolyn Y. Grant, Alex L. Grant S.R, Terrie S. Grant and Gregory D. Grant. Siblings; Dorothy Brunson, Rosalie White, Lousie Sullivins and Linda Grantwhite. Grandchildren; John'netta S. Perry, JaQuitta Perry, Taytana Buxton, Alexis K. James, Deondre L. Garvin, Maliek L.Grant, ShaNiah T. Garvin, Alex L. Grant J.r, Gregory Graver and Savanna Graves. And one Great-granddaughter princess Mailasia S. Perry.
A viewing will be held on Friday October 27,2017 from 6-8pm in the Legacy Funeral Home chapel. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 28,2017 11am at The House of Prayer for all People in Scotia SC. Burial will take place in the King Branch church cemetery Garnett SC.
