Joshua Chalmers 30, of Hardeeville SC, departed this earthly life to be with his heavenly father on Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
Joshua Cordell Chalmers was born in Beaufort, South Carolina March 17, 1988 to Barbara Wilson Chalmers and Anthony Chalmers.
At an early age Joshua accepted Jesus as his personal Savior and became a member of Mt.Calvary Baptist Church. He served on the Rev. Betterson Sunshine choir.
Joshua received his formal education from Jasper County High School. He graduated from Jasper County High in 2007. Josh as he was affectionately called by family members and close friends, worked for Savannah Belles Ferry as Boat Captain.
Josh, enjoyed life, he had that beautiful wide kool-aid smile that would light up any dark room. He had a great passion for football his favorite team Dallas Cowboys. He loved to have fun, he laughs, told jokes. He was a giver, he would give freely, he was willing to help anyone in need. The love he had for his boys can never be replaced. Josh on the other hand did not tolerate any foolishness he did not like confusion, but he will speak his mind, He would never walk away without saying I Love You.
Joshua is preceeded in death by his paternal grandmother Dolly M. Chalmers, maternal grandfather Herbert Wilson, Nathaniel Simmons also, his Aunt Annette Frazier, Uncles Alphonso Bing Jr. And Arthur Knighton Sr.
On Tuesday October 16, 2018 Joshua departed this life.
