Eloise Ratliff Obituary

Eloise Ratliff, 71 of Estill, SC transitioned to be with Lord on March 6, 2023, at Pruitt Health in Estill.

A viewing will be held on Friday March 10th. from 5-7pm in the Legacy chapel.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 11th. 12noon at Williams chapel A.M.E church.
