In the afternoon hours of Tuesday November 1, 2022, God's in his infinite wisdom called his daughter Ms. Elouise Green, 67 of Bluffton, SC to her heavenly home to receive her reward.
Elouise O. Green, 67, affectionately known as “Tiny”, the daughter of the late Oliver Young and Lillie Mae Young, was born on January 1, 1955, in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Tiny was educated at M.C. Riley and McCracken High School. She was employed as a cook for many years at Union Camp and at Peppers Porch.
At an early age, she received Jesus as her Lord and Savior and joined Proctor Hill Baptist Church, where she served faithfully on the Usher Board.
On November 1, 2022, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Tiny breathed her last breath. God, in his infinite wisdom, sent an angel and summoned Tiny home, no more sickness, pain or sorrow.
Tiny was preceded in death by her son, Eric Leonard Green; two brothers, Oliver Young, Jr. and Herman Young; one sister, Jessie Mae Young; and grandparents, Elijah and Eliza Grant.
Her memories will forever be cherished by her two sons; Curtis Green, of Columbia, SC and Marquis (Madison) Green, of Hardeeville, SC; two grand- daughters, Amani Green and Hailo Hickey, both of Hardeeville, SC; one sister, Beatrice Wilson, of Bluffton, SC; one sister-in-law, Laquisha Young; one uncle, Richard Levant, of Bluffton, SC; one grand-aunt, Rose Ella Bryant, of Fayetteville, NC; and two nieces, Brenda (Jose) Garcia and April (Marvin) Steward, both of Bluffton, SC; three grandnieces and two grandnephews and a host of cousins and friends.
