Joe Rivers 68, of Estill, SC departed this earthy to be with our Lord and savior on Wednesday, December, 11 2019 at Hampton Regional Hospital.

There will be a public viewing held on Sunday, December, 15,2019 from 3-5 pm in the Legacy funeral home chapel.

Funeral services will held at First Pine Savannah on Monday, December ,16 2019 at 1:00pm.
