Richard Brown

Mr. Richard Brown, the third son born to the late Mr. Ulysees Brown, Jr. and Mrs. Margaret Mims Brown Ferguson was born on October 28, 1962, in Savannah, Georgia. He departed this life on Monday, March 15, 2021 after an extended illness.
Richard was educated in the Chatham County
public school system.
He was employed with the International Longshoremen’s Association, (I.L.A.) Local 1414.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: one loving and devoted daughter, Ms. LaTina S. Brown; three grandchildren, Zaniah N Payne, Malachi N. Payne and Shamya N. Brown; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. Ulysees (Margaret) Brown, Mr. Michael (Connie) Brown and Mr. Othello (Kimberly) Washington; two sisters, Mrs. Annette (Charlie) Simmons and Ms. Crystal Brown. And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Richard Brown, 58 of Garden City, Ga departed this earthly life to be with his heavenly father on March 15, 2021. Family and friends are invited to attend Mr. Brown's celebration of life service on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 2 pm.
