T’Keyah Nicole Taylor, 28, of Savannah, Georgia was born on July 21,1994 to Johnny Taylor and Kanetta Lashon Washington in Ridgeland, South Carolina. T’Keyah received her education from the Jasper County public school system. “Kia” as she was affectionately known enjoyed meeting new people. She loved being around her family and friends and was a very artistic young lady, which she inherited from her father. T’Keyah was preceded in death by her grandfather, John “T” Taylor. T’Keyah passed away on February 21, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. She leaves to cherish fond memories: two children, Nevaeh B. Taylor and Zedderick M. Taylor, both of Ridgeland, SC; her parents, Kanetta Lashon Washington, of Ridgeland, SC and Johnny Taylor, of Pineland, SC; grandparents, Gracie L. Johnson, of Ridgeland, SC, Lena Mae Taylor, of Pineland, SC and Harold M. Jest, of Ridgeland, SC; six siblings, Keisha Lashon Taylor and Dreniyah Latrice Holloway, both of Ridgeland, SC, Alexis Hagood, of Varnville, SC, Tyrese Taylor, of Pineland, SC, Ny’Asia Taylor and Jaheim Williams, both of Barnwell, SC; uncles, Henry M. Jest, Travis Bolden and Brooker T. Washington, all of Ridgeland, SC, Harold M. Hayes, of Savannah, GA, Franklin Taylor, Jr, of Ridgeland, SC, Sammie Lee Gardner, Henry Lee Gardner, and Alex (Annie Lee) Gardner, all of Garnett, SC; Rubin Gardner and Robbie Gardner; great-aunt Emily Reed, of Lena, SC; aunt, Mary Ann Robinson, of Pineland, SC, Teyonna Bolden, of Beaufort, SC, Lillian Wilson, Julia Adkins, and Frankie Mae Glover all of Robertsville, SC, Carrie Bell Gardner, of Estill, SC, Ella Mae Gardner, and Lucretia (Elliott) Warren, both of Garnett, SC, and Mary Lee (James) Fields, of Estill, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
T’keyah Taylor 28, of Ridgeland, SC passed away on February 21, 2023.
