Wayne Wright

Wayne Fitzgerald Wright was born January 3,
1964 to the late Ralph Wright and Nora L. Jones
Wright in the Bronx, NY.
On Friday evening, September 25, 2020, he entered
into eternal rest surrounded by his loving family.
He was educated in the school system of the Bronx, NY.
He enlisted in the Military Branch of the U.S, Army where
he did six. He was employed by a Pharmaceutical
Company in New York, NY. He moved to SC and was
employed by the Hardeeville Fire Department.
He was an avid reader, whenever you see him standing
alone or by himself, he was always reading something.
And he enjoyed traveling and spending time with his
family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Battle, and his
father, Ralph Wright.
He leaves to cherish fond memory to his loving mother:
Mrs. Nora Wright of the home; one daughter, Kiana
Wright, Newark NJ; two sons: Arrion Mulligan, Bronx, NY
and Isaiah Wright, New York, NY; two brothers, Jerome
Jones Sr. (Teresa), Estill, SC; Leonard Norton of Florida;
one sister, Felicia Morris, of North Carolina; a special
niece, Denise (Dante) Jones-Jenkins, Ridgeland, SC, three
nephews: Jerome Jones Jr. (Felicia), Hampton, SC, Terrell
Cabin, New York and Cory Pezer, Bronx, NY; three aunts:
Ida Jones Columbia, SC, Louise (Arthur) Hardeeville, SC
and Doretha (Everett) Suwanee, GA; four uncles: Pattamas
Jones Sr. (Margaret) Orangeburg, SC, Samuel (Edna)
Jones, Laurelton, NY, Sidney Jones Sr. (Sarah), Garnett,
SC, Ernest (Rebecca) Frost. A special friend, Harvey
Johnson. A host of relatives and friends.

Wayne Wright 56, of Ridgeland, SC departed from his earthly home on September, 25,2020. 

A public viewing will be held on Friday, October 2 from 5-8 PM in the Legacy Chapel.

The celebration of life service will take place on Saturday, October 3 at 1 PM located at 908 Pine Haven Drive, Ridgeland SC.

Interment will take place at Bostick Cemetery.
