Willie B Duncan 64, of Garnett, South Carolina passed away at Hampton Regional Medical Center Saturday, June 17, 2021. Graveside services for Mr. Duncan are Sunday, June 27, 2021, at 12:00 Noon at Breeler Field Cemetery. The viewing is Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Legacy Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
