Willie Frazier, Jr., was born on September 1, 1953, in Hampton County, South Carolina to the late Willie Frazier, Sr., and the late Elizabeth Williams Frazier. To my friends that have gathered for my great celebration. Willie, affectionately know as “Buddy” accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age and became a member of Goodwill Baptist Church, where he attended until he relocated to Yonkers, New York. He was united in marriage to Laurie Williams Frazier and to this union three children were born. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Frazier, Lucille Frazier, and Elizabeth Frazier; and brother, Clyde Frazier. Willie Frazier went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 9, 2026. He leaves to cherish his fond memories; his wife, Laurie Williams Frazier; children, Josh Frazier, Arnita Frazier, and Earlean Frazier, all of Gifford, South Carolina, Patricia (Kevin) Anderson, of Monks Corner, South Carolina, and Alexander (Katrian) Frazier, of Charlotte, North Carolina; three sisters, Lula (Louis) Newton, Jr., of Furman, South Carolina, Gerry (Joseph) Cohen, of Columbia, South Carolina and Maude Roberts, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; brother, Herbert (Jackie) Garvin, of Claxton, Georgia; three aunts, Irene Williams, of Yonkers, New York, Earnestine Frazier and Lee Williams both of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; uncle, Jessie Williams, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; four grandchildren, Kakeem Frazier, Malecke Frazier, Chrishanna Burison, and Daretta Busy; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
